In our long-term work plan, we plan to sell compost in bulk to agricultural farms in the area, private households, local self-government units and other interested customers.
At the moment, we have 7 employees in the compost plant, and in the near future we will be opening new jobs.
Our employees work as a team, all the necessary communication takes place on a daily basis and there are no delays, deficiencies or defects.
At the same time, all of our two employees regularly perform examinations focused on their health and psychological ability to work, and we refer them to the necessary professional training for working on machines.
