VALUE AND PERIOD OF PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

The total value of the project was determined in the amount of HRK 6,014.31.23, and the awarded grants were in the amount of HRK 4,133,261.09.

The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the financial period 2014-2020.
Project implementation period: 1.10.2020. - 31.07.2022.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION, OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED RESULTS

The project aim is the construction and equipping of a plant for biological treatment of separately collected biowaste - composting plant in Črnec Biškupečki in Varaždin, with a capacity of 2,500 tons per year, in which the separately collected biowaste will be recycled by composting.

According to the obtained waste management permit, Clip Bio Plus d.o.o. on the premises of our biogas plant in Črnac Biškupečki, disposes of biowaste from the City of Varaždin, which will basically contribute to the improvement of the waste management system in the area of 17 local counties of the Varaždin County.

The project will also create 3 new jobs for workers in the composting plant, by which the project contributes to the reduction of unemployment.

By concluding agreements with EU funds, the first phase of the business strategy has been achieved, in which we will, in accordance with the highest standards of professional approach to work, maintain transparency in the management of natural resources for the benefit of the wider community.

Upon completion of the project Construction and equipping of biological treatment plant - composting plant, the company will sell the compost obtained from the plant in bulk to farmers, businesses, public institutions for public landscaping and private households.

The basic raw material will be the processed compost which is obtained by processing the organic matter from our locations.
